La Urbanización La Mairena was designed as an Andalusian village, with 7 blocks of 5 to 8 apartments, based on the plans of the architect Melvin Villarroel. It is characterized by its unique white village style, with very large terraces facing south and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a large swimming pool (25m by 12m). All the houses have a wonderful view towards the Mijas valley, the Sierra Nevada mountain and the sea. In clear weather you can see Gibraltar and Africa.
