URBANIZACIÓN LA MAIRENA
This is the website of the La Mairena urbanization, the community of owners of the residential complex located in the hills east of Marbella, in the territory of Ojén. Although the community is located in Ojén, access is made via Elviria, since we are 10 minutes from that area, taking the Elviria exit of the A7 Málaga-Algeciras motorway, km 192. It is a beautiful route that It leads through the hills at 400m above sea level.
The Urbanizacion was built in pueblo style with 7 units of 8 apartments, according to the plans of architect Melvin Villarroel. The complex is characterised by its unique white pueblo style, spacious south facing terraces facing the Mediterranean Sea, a unique pool area with beautiful views of the valley of Mijas and the sea.
